The systems we build

Each of these is a working system on real hardware, wired into the place your stock or asset data already lives — not a scanning demo that leaves you with a CSV file and a problem.

RFID inventory system
Count a room in minutes instead of a shift.
Stock counts are done by hand, so they happen quarterly instead of weekly, and the number in the system drifts from the number on the shelf. Everyone knows the figure is wrong; nobody can afford the hours to fix it.

Warehouse management
Receiving, picking and dispatch on a scanner that survives the floor.
The ERP has a warehouse module, but nobody uses it on the floor because it assumes a desk and a mouse. So goods move first and get recorded later, from memory, and the discrepancies surface a week after they happened.

Asset tracking & audits
Tag it once, then find it and count it on demand.
The asset register is a spreadsheet that was accurate the day it was written. Audits mean two people, a printout and a week per site — and the reconciliation still happens in Excel afterwards.

Label printing & encoding
Labels that leave the printer already verified.
Tags are encoded and applied, and nobody finds out which ones failed until they don't read three weeks later in a customer's warehouse. The reject rate is unknown because nothing measures it.

Field data capture & inspection
Works with no signal, syncs when there is.
Inspections happen where there is no network, so they're recorded on paper and typed up later — if they're typed up at all. By then nobody can say which reading came from which item.
